Common questions
How do I save my progress?
Tap Sign up at the top. Your scores, badges and play chips then save online, and you can log in on any device.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap Forgot password?. If you added an email to your account, a reset link is sent to it. If not, send us a message below with your username.
Are the casino games real gambling?
No. Play chips are free, can't be bought, and can't be cashed out. They have no real-money value.
Someone was mean to me in chat
Open their chat and tap Report. That blocks them and sends the chat to us to review. You can also just tap Block.
How do I delete my account?
Tap your avatar at the top, then Delete my account, and enter your password. See the privacy policy for what gets deleted.
A game isn't working
Try the Restart button, then refresh the page (or close and reopen the app). If it still happens, tell us which game below.
